El Vin: "the wine"

El Vin means "the wine" in Veneto dialect, representing the ancient culture of Spinato wine making. Spinato blends this culture with the modern techniques of vinification of red and white wines, like Pinot Grigio , Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, sparkling wines such as Prosecco DOC and Raboso. Not least some of great wines from Tuscany, like Brunello di Montalcino, Rosso di Montalcino and Chianti Classico.
