These adorable cello wrapped 200 ml bottles of Prosecco belie the history of the ancient Spinato estate. The land has been growing wine grapes since the 12th century where it was made by monks of the Sant' Andrea Abby. It is a fun, floral-scented bubbly with very fruity aromas of pears and apples layered with fine floral talc notes and sweet citrus. Sweet pear flavours dance across your palate - it is fresh and light, bright and juicy and only 11% alcohol! Wine Diva reviewed - December 7th, 2011
