From the selection of the best Raboso grapes comes Anna Spinato’s Rubioso Passito, a wine that embodies the versatility of this emblematic grape variety. The name “Rubioso” combines the word “ruby”, the characteristic colour of wine, to the adjective “rabbioso” which describes the behaviour of the raboso grape, known for its extraordinary properties, yet difficult to “dominate”.

Rubioso is a unique, prestigious, identifying wine: the aromas reveal notes of black cherry jam and blueberries in alcohol, accompanied by distinct toasted hints. In the mouth, it offers completely new tactile sensations that hide its bewitching secret: the classic softness of Passito which delicately envelops a fresh, acidic and crunchy heart, typical of the Raboso grape, to create a unique and intriguing balance.
