ANNA SPINATO EMBRACES THE BLOCKCHAIN INNOVATION TO PROTECT MADE IN ITALY AND ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY 

It was an ambitious goal which guided us to start this journey: to give our loyal consumers the opportunity to know the entire production chain of Anna Spinato’s wines. We arrived at this precious achievement thanks to the blockchain technology. Innovation and tradition have always been linked in Anna Spinato Winery’s history to achieve the highest product quality.

We chose transparency, we chose to directly and unequivocally tell the value of our wines, their territorial identity and their authenticity.

The blockchain system is structured like a digital ledger in which every single production step is recorded with no chance of modification in a secure and protected chain, accessible to the consumer by simply scanning a QR-code on the product label.

With this solution, we wanted to reward our customers’ trust by giving them the immediate and intuitive proof of our agronomic practices that respect raw materials and our land, our certifications and our control and selection programmes that guarantee a product of absolute excellence.
